WHAT’S OUR WHY?
I’ve always been an athlete, but there came a point when I felt disconnected from my strength and confidence. Despite my efforts, I wasn’t seeing results, and the gym often felt male-dominated and unwelcoming. I turned to bodybuilding, poured myself into training, and eventually stepped on stage to win my class. That experience taught me discipline and drive, but it also showed me how far I’d drifted from balance and the deeper purpose behind movement and wellness. Everything shifted after a partial rotator cuff tear and discovering my hypermobility. I had to step away from the bodybuilding style I once relied on and start completely over—this time with intention. Through focused rehab, mobility work, intentional prayer, and holistic healing, I rebuilt from the inside out and fell in love with functional training and a more balanced, whole-body approach to health. Since then, I’ve competed in Spartan, DEKA FIT, and HYROX events—proving to myself that strength, resilience, and balance can coexist. Now, my mission is to help others do the same—honoring their bodies, finding balance, and discovering that true empowerment comes from connection, not comparison.
