WHAT’S OUR WHY?

Throughout my life, I’ve always been an athlete, yet there came a time when I grew disillusioned with the way I felt about my strength, confidence, and overall sense of empowerment. Despite my efforts, I wasn’t seeing tangible results, and I struggled to maintain the discipline necessary to finish a workout program. The gym environment further contributed to my frustration, often feeling as though it was dominated by men. I found myself confined to cardio machines, as though they were the only "safe" and “acceptable” option.
