What Time Should I Arrive?
Be there 5 minutes before class starts. Feel free to stretch, roll out, and use any of the cardio equipment to get warmed up and ready to sweat!
What Should I Bring?
Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes, bring your favorite yoga mat, and a water bottle. If you forget anything, don’t worry — we have extra mats and waters on hand. (:
What’s the Workout Like?
This isn’t your typical bootcamp — no endless burpees or shouting drills. Instead, we hit the mat with weights and work through full-body exercises designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. Every movement emphasizes proper form and body mechanics, so you’ll train smarter, not just harder. The class is approachable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions to meet you where you’re at. Come ready to move, sweat, and feel stronger from the inside out.
