Master Your Body

A 45-minute strength and movement class focused on control, form, and intentional training. Build functional strength, stability, and mobility to create a body that feels powerful and resilient. This class is about moving with purpose — not rushing reps, but mastering how your body performs.

Baddie Bootcamp

A 30-minute, high-energy interval class built around timed circuits and rotating stations. Blend strength and conditioning to elevate your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and move with intensity. Efficient, focused, and empowering — show up ready to work, leave feeling unstoppable.

Master Your Brain

A 45-minute mind-body experience designed to sharpen focus and build mental resilience. Through breathwork, intentional movement, and guided challenges, you’ll train your nervous system as much as your muscles. Slow down, reset, and strengthen your presence — in workouts and in life.

Master Your Friday

A monthly, free community class held on a designated Friday morning. Each 45-minute session brings a new format and fresh focus — strength, conditioning, mobility, or something unexpected. No pressure, all levels welcome — just show up, move, and start your Friday strong.

What Time Should I Arrive?
Be there 5 minutes before class starts. Feel free to stretch, roll out, and use any of the cardio equipment to get warmed up and ready to move.
What Should I Bring?
Wear closed-toed shoes, bring your favorite yoga mat, and bring a water bottle. If you forget anything, don’t worry — extra mats and waters are available.
How Do The Training Cycles Work?
Training now runs in 6-week cycles. You train hard for 6 weeks, then take 1 scheduled recovery week away from the gym. After that, goals and progress are reassessed, the next cycle is programmed, and you come back stronger.
How Can I Pay?
Class access can be added to your existing KP membership subscription, or you can pay by Cash or Venmo the day of class.
