Founder & Head Trainer

I’m the owner and founder of KP FITNESS LLC. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach, behavior change specialist, and soon to be performance enhancement specialist, my mission is to help you discover how powerful you truly are—inside and out. My coaching focuses on functional training and sustainable lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals. I have experience working with clients with EDS, hypermobility, ADHD, anxiety, and other conditions, and I prioritize creating a safe, empowering space for women to train and find their POWER.

My long-term goal is to specialize in training adults over 50, and I’m currently pursuing my Nutrition Coach certification to further expand the ways I can help others thrive.
